You could make an automated light system that works off Create power for the whole village using pipes, lava, a daylight sensor, and then whatever to decorate. The gist is that the pipes stick up from the ground to look like lamp posts, the top of the pipe is decorated with glass or trapdoors or whatever to house and block off the lava, and under ground all your light pipes link up to a pump system. The daylight sensor is attached to a gear shift, attached to the pumps, so when it's night they pump out into the empty decorated space at the top of the light poles, placing a block of lava into the world that just sits there and emits light. When it's day, the sensor turns off, the gearshift changes directions, all the pumps go from push to pull, all the lava is sucked back into the system into a storage tank to be reused the next night. Is it overly complex? Sure, but nothing insane or all that intensive, and it can be decorated to look real cool, and provides great light!

can you add a slums for extra villagers so you dont need to build more full houses should you get to many villagers. You could use the slabs to create a little sheet metal hut or something and put a couple camp fires around with a caldron or two for a stew. Also I think putting beds in the ground could have a nice sleeping bag effect.

You've done great work on those buildings! However, I've noticed a practical issue with one of them, and that's the last one by the edge with the storage underneath it. You used mcaws bridges to make the balcony leading into the building. While this is a nice-looking aesthetic choice, no villager is going to be able to get into the building because, I've found, the bridges hitbox is the same as a fence post or wall, so they can't path-find on them. They can path the stairs no problem, though. That's probably not too much of an issue, but that building isn't going to very populated unless you give the villagers another way in. Just giving a heads up.
