Awesome run. That swamp has been the downfall of many monsters. It's cool to see that the slots on the silver separator push it into the top spot. I've got a spare blood stone so I know where that's going now.

It's a solid weapon. Personally, I think it's a sidegrade to Valstrax weapons that slightly eek out in heavy element matchups, but overall Morbius weapons are the meta dragon weapons simply due to purple and slots.

I've been stuck on this monster for WAY too long. I've put about 200 hours into Rise, have been playing the franchise religiously for over a decade, and Primordial Malzeno is the only monster I've ever been stuck on. As an SnS main I'll be sure to put a lot of these strategies to good use. Windmill has basically been my bread and butter attack, and I don't see that changing, but I can definitely be smarter with how I fight.

Good luck. I have a few other videos on the monster that doesn't use heroics and shows off the moveset more. Just a matter of learning the moveset and building evade window/embolden.

I could admittedly use some Qurios upgrades for my weapon, and a better set of armor with better skills, and it might just be best if I continue farming investigations and getting better at the game before focusing entirely on P. Speedruns are just a result of hundreds or thousands of hours of playing MH, then also dozens more just grinding out specific scripts and strategies for monsters. Rarely does KZbin ever see those takes, haha. Just keep playing and anyone can get there, 100%.

Dragon is actually its biggest weakness haha. 25 on head normally and 30 when in Bloodening state

Tbh I don't really know what any of those things do haha. Only map pick ups I've ever cared about were toads, wirebugs, and golden wirebugs

The crow and owl are called lucky life, are not guaranteed spawns, have at least 4 locations per map that they cycle through, and increase your quest and monster rewards or your reward money respectively. They also don’t take up a slot in your helper cage, because all you technically do is take a twig or feather from them.
