材料 ：
虾肉 100 - 150 克 腌制少许的盐
鸡蛋 4 - 5 粒 打散
调味：
蒜油
胡椒粉
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Big prawn ~100g devein and half, marinate with little salt followed by corn flour
2. Egg 4pcs
Method
1. Heat 1tbsp garlic oil and sauté the prawn till fragrant
2. Add in beaten egg and use chopsticks to stir the egg. Once the egg starts to turn solidified, off heat and continue to stir till egg is silky smooth
3. Sprinkle some pepper and dish up
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕

炒得非常漂亮，雞蛋很嫩滑，滑蛋蝦仁的蛋一定要夠滑才好吃，我在餐廳吃過加了些韭黃，有些放了很多蔥花，味道不錯。 我最近在家裡炒飯，蝦仁加了鹽、胡椒粉、紹酒腌了半個小時，家人說調味太濃了，叫我以後蝦仁不要腌就可以了。 不過我認為急凍蝦仁不腌的話雪味太重，鹽和胡椒粉少放一點。
