材料:
玉子豆腐 2条
鲜虾 适量
甜豆 适量
萝卜 少许
罐头蘑菇 适量
红辣椒 少许
红葱 适量
蒜头 少许
生姜 少许
调味:
蚝油
盐
白糖
胡椒粉
生抽
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Tofu 2pkt
2. Prawn few pieces
3. Snow pea few pieces
4. Carrots few slices
5. Can mushroom, few pieces cut slices
6. Red chilli 1pc, thick slices
7. Red onion 1pc, thick slices
8. Garlic 2 cloves, sliced
9. Ginger small piece, smashed and sliced
10. Cooked rice
Seasoning
1. Oyster sauce 1tsp
2. Salt little
3. Sugar little
4. Pepper little
5. Light soya sauce little
6. Potato Starch solution
Method
1. Deep fry the tofu and set aside. Followed by prawn and set aside
2. With little oil in the wok, stir fry the snow pea and set aside
3. Add some water in the wok to boil, blanch the carrots and mushrooms. Once boiled, remove and set aside
4. Heat wok with little oil, add in ginger, garlic and red onion and stir fry till aromatic. Add oyster sauce and stir fry.
5. Add some broth or water, carrots and mushrooms. Bring to boil.
6. Add salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
7. Add tofu and prawns and simmer for 30sec. Add light soya sauce and mix well. Add snow pea and red chilli and mix well.
8. Turn to low heat and add potato starch solution and mix well.
9. Add Shaoxing wine and fragrant oil and mix well
10. Place it on a plate of cooked rice
11. Serve and enjoy! 💕
