Are these videos recommended to give a self diagnosis as the NHS health professionals did not even mention high ankle sprain and told me I had soft tissue damage. Now my ankles in some serious pains

thx, mostly siemens, but some studies might actually be phillips. I don't know anymore and typically I do not care :D
