For the spair technique, do i have to manually verify the fat peak or manually select the fat peak frequency?

great video but i have a question. how did you calculate the TE times for dixon sequence as 2.38ms, 4.76 ms and 7.15 ms?

Most Dixon sequences rely on acquiring multiple echoes at specific time intervals (echo spacing) to differentiate water and fat based on their differing T2 decay rates. The 2.38 ms value could be part of a sequence with specific echo spacing ratios, like 1:2:3 or 1:1.5:2.4. In this case, 2.38 ms might be the first echo time, with subsequent echoes at multiples of this value (4.76 ms and 7.15 ms for the ratios mentioned above). Let us know if our reply was beneficial!

Where are the other videos?

We don't have any more MRI videos to upload just now, and we had to remove to CT Protocol videos for some updates. We are now re-uploading the CT protocol videos and will continue posting new content.
