This is a song about a city called Lahti in Finland and the rappers it has, the guy singing the chorus is Raappana, a reggae artist from Lahti, he has some awesome songs himself also as a solo artist. Another good song with multiple Finnish artists is "Ykkösnyrkki pt.2".

I think these bigger groups are more like one-off songs where bunch of normally solo artists come together to make one banger. Not always pure one-offs but same vibe. Other similar instances from finland that come to mind are Rivo - Ykkösnyrkki (Pt.2 my fav) and JVG - Mist sä tuut. If my math is right both songs have 8 individual artists each having their own verse with their own style and all that cool jazz. Since it's christmas season one similar ensemble is Raskasta Joulua - Tulkoon joulu which has finlands top metal artists giving this beautiful rendition of the classic christmas song.
