If I had to choose one favorite class in D2 (which I luckily don't have to) it would probably be Paladin. Zealot is my go to build, but Hammerchad is fun as well.

I reckon that Tyrael's Might drop was the omen for the runes :D On that note, I decided recently to run a grail since I'd never done one before, and my luck has been absolutely insane. As a kid I put a thousand hours into D2LoD, but rarely got anything cool despite having a few level 90+ characters. This time around I've been getting wild drops left right and centre. Started out doing P8 Travincal into Mephisto because I got a godly map roll right out of the gate, making it faster to do them in series than to go save/reload. Later switched to just Mephisto and Andariel/Diablo/Baal TZs. Day one I got Arachnid Mesh, Boneshade, Marrowwalk, Hellrack, Soul Drainer, Dragonscale, Spike Thorn, and Eschuta's Temper. Day two I got Mara's (never had this drop before!), Shako, Ormus' Robes, Hellslayer, Naj's Puzzler, and Alma Negra. Day three was pretty quiet, I got Blood Raven's Charge, SoE, and a flame rift but not much else. Day four I got Goldwrap, Taebaek's Glory, Griswald's Valor, and... Templar's Might?! I almost had a heart attack when I ID'd it because I misread it as Tyrael's, but still a ridiculously rare drop for day four of a grail. Things have slowed down a bit since but after just 5 days of pretty casual running I was at two-thirds completion on the grail (incl. 70% of weapons, 70% of sets) which I never would have believed could happen. Neat secret in the jail - didn't know that one. Have you ever considered doing an "all the secrets in D2R" video? Would be neat. I've seen a few written articles that cover a handful of them but never a full guide.

I never played single player. Any way to reroll your map or are you stuck with it

@@afazool123 No that's not true. To reroll the map all you have to do is change difficulties and the maps will reset

I have a question, can I upgrade an item if I already made that item into a runeword? Also, will I lose the runes if I upgrade it?

No, the recipe are for magic rare unique, and white item(but I think it transfer the item level to 1 which would mess up socket quest on it)

No upping white items. You can only repair a low quality, cracked ect white item to normal where it resets the item level.

i get burned out on games within a few months of playing. Idk how in the hell llama plays this game every day for years like this but it takes a special kinda someone to pull that off. Unless because its his job is the reason then understandable

Yea its his job hes full time diablo 2 player and streamer. He even named his children after Lilith and Andariel. I wish i could spend all day playing diablo 2.

Im not sure the hammerdin requires a guided playthrough. This absolute beast of a character build can playthrough on p8 from start to end. The amount of dmg + survival + not being too hurt by immunes is absurd!

It's more for new players as most online guides only give you end game builds but yes hammerman is a beast

I found a scepter in act 2 shop that had 1 to concentration 3 to blessed hammers and 1 to blessed aim

Nice countess. Also, 3 to holy fire scepter is basically godly gear if you don't care about steel.

They are often not very good other than some gloves belt boots and jewelry. It also very much depends of what point of the game you are in But ya, pretty much they are usually not that strong and do not sell for much, unlike a magic skill item. Ie a wand with summon skeletons +2 or like a staff with fire ball +3

Yea...this whole class is the reason why removing/nerfing Spirit is an issue, without spirit, casters cant even come close to base paladin.

Can you please do guides and take into consideration NOT using the /players command. As you abuse it soo often, but most people are playing on bnet just soo until their friends log in.

If you are on bnet then you'll just have to accept the need to farm levels longer and know you'll just be a lower level in general because of p1. Half the fun off offline single player is using /players X.
