came out perfect ! I used half tsp of lemon extract and 1 tsp on vanilla...A Hit so far for Thxgiving 2024. My cobbler last year had no crustation and peaches. My boyfriend hated it and said this is not peach cobbler. He loved your recipe n I'm back in the peach cobbler graces again ! Thx so so much !

Making this today for Poker night at Dads! Picked up some Tilamook vanilla and some peaches and cream ice creams to go with SUPER EXCITED! Dessert to the 70 homemade meatballs and sauce for some Meatballs subs. Gonna be a banger AND I managed to say ‘cause why the hell not we’re here for a good time not a long time’ when I added an extra lump of brown sugar while cooking 😂😂😂😂😂

Looks sooo good! Peach cobbler is my favorite dessert! Since you asked about more summer time desserts, can you make a fruit tart please? I used to get mine from Publix, but the Publix near me stopped selling them. The crust had a thin chocolate layer. They were so good!

I try everybody's peach cobbler, now im gonna make yours 😏 just love me some peach cobbler. Trying to find the one that would be similar to the one i had from a lil old lady quite a few years ago. I couldn't get her recipe, she passed away 😔 she ran a small ten seated cafe off the side of the road that frequented the local farmers, and occasional road workers, or passerby that happened to look their direction. She never advertised, or had signs on the road, she just relied on word of mouth. That place was always packed, and full of kind people who always made you feel welcome. That's old school for sure. Im hoping yours will bring that back for me ❤

Ima be real Ive been looking for a good recipie that would be nostalgic and have the homemade taste. This one caught my eye cause they said it sounded like their grandma made it which is what I’m looking for. I was a little skeptical at first, because the last time I tried a cobbler recipe from someone else, it came out with the batter, being way too thick, way too cakey tasting, and it didn’t have that cinnamon crust that I liked. This one had everything I wanted. I would 100% make this again. The entire dish was demolished by my friends within 10 minutes you’re the goat. Only thing i had to change was add an extra 1/4 of milk

I do a crisp. It’s real easy. 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup white sugar 1 cup cinnamon 1/2 cup nutmeg 2 sticks of butter 2 cans of fruit filling Place filling in bottom of pan, lay cobbler toppings on top. Bake 30 minutes or until crispy.

@@markrobinson75I believe the cobbler (the batter) in the beginning when he poured in the pan rises to the top. I think that’s why he said you can add pie crust on the bottom because the cobbler will rise to the top. ( I think) I personally never had it this way, I only had it with pie crust.

The only thing that I would add is a dark liquor. It gives you that southern flavor that you're looking for or you can add the vanilla like he said in the video. I like to use the dark Jamaican rum.
