#1 I think you should say: I never miss any of your videos. or I don't miss a single video of yours. What is the difference between skip the lesson and miss the lesson? • Using "skipped" would suggest that you *purposely* missed, omitted the lesson/video. • "Missed" could mean that you weren't there for any number of *reasons*, unable to make it to your lesson #2 I think you should say: You guys are the best (or among the best) online teachers for non-native speakers of English language. or You guys are the best (or among the best) online teachers for English Language Learners.

Hello Kevin. Thank you for helping us improve our English skills. I have a question regarding this video, is it possible to say : people take vitamin C to help them to prevent from getting sick or do we always have to say help prevent them and nothing in them middle of these words? Thank you
@keshakesha234410 ай бұрын
Just a suggestion. Especially for long videos. It would be so helpful if you could also provide a brief listing of things that you'll be going over in your video. Someone may want to skip something that they are already feeling confident about and focus on other area instead of watching the entire video. Thanks!

Mate, I stumbled upon your channel 3 hours ago while I was searching for some authentic American English teachers. You are doing a commendable job by correcting these self-proclaimed English language experts. If I have to put the worst KZbin teacher in an order, I will put her at the top. English with Lucy and Linguamarina are as bad as her. Even my B2 level students know better English than all of them. Keep up the good work, pal. ❤👍🏻

English with Lucy is bad🤔🤔🤔..when did this happen??
@English_With_Vishnu10 ай бұрын
@@Someone-gq5mv She has always been. You can watch her shorts explaining extreme adjectives, and the one explaining adverbs of frequency (always, never, sometimes etc).

Also, Border Patrol can be singular and plural at the same time. Correct? What does the Border Patrol do? They keep immigrants from entering the country. It is confusing for me : ( . Shouldn't be It keeps immigrants from entering the country? I hope you can make a video about this. I would truly appreciate it!!!
@an124510010 ай бұрын
Should it be "stealing their cars" or "stealing their car" ?
@fredylopez247710 ай бұрын
It depends on how many people and cars you're talking about. If you say: - "Stealing their cars" you're talking about several people and several cars. Those cars belong to those people. NOW. If you say: "Stealing their car", you're talking about several people BUT ONE CAR that belongs to those people, they share the car. So, to me, both expressions are correct, it just depends on context that's all. - Thanks for reading my comment.

Wouldn't a reflexive pronoun be the right thing to use in that case? People take vitamin C to prevent people from getting sick. When the subject and object are the same you use a reflexive pronoun. People take vitamin C to prevent themselves from getting sick. Your thoughts?
@fredylopez247710 ай бұрын
I think it sounds better if you say; "People take vitamin c to prevent sickness (cold, flu). =La fente toma vitamina c para prevenir enfermedad (resfriado, gripe). But I think it sounds good if you use the reflexive pronoun. - "People take vitamin c to prevent THEMSELVES from getting sick". #Translated into spanish, it'd be: = La gente toma vitamina c para evitar enfermarse.
