The overshadow generation morj is referring to has to be Series like Katekyo hitman reborn, D Gray Man, Toriko, Soul Eater, Ao no exorcist and some others, that they were popular at some point but they got overshadow by the big 3 in the bigger picture.

Suprised Franky doesn't have some invention that allows him to bypass defenses instead of haki. Diable jambe was one of the reasons people thought sanji didn't have armament, bc it was another way to burn through defenses

45:00 sanji fans have been saying this for a while. Toei has a clear bias for hyping anything to do with zoro and then giving Sanji scraps. To be fair zoro is in a way the deuteragonist of the story so it makes sense that he gets favoritism but it’s getting a bit extreme.

In my opinion this isn't really a Zoro bias but more the result of the anime being a flashy clip-feast instead of a consistent product. Given their tight schedule, overall organization and need to stall for time they can't put out well paced and consistently great animated episodes. So they prefer to focus on few clips here and there to keep the audience hyped, and since they have to be selective with the moments they pick they almost always choose action scenes of Luffy and Zoro since they're the most popular and loved characters.

@@isthisapigeon6612 I agree with most of what ur saying. But anime only scenes like sanji getting ragdolled by s-shark isn’t toei trying to save budget/time to give to more important characters. They deliberately changed the way that scene went which made Sanji look faaaar worse than he did in the manga. Or how about sanjis insane feat of outrunning a lazer that was already shot. In the anime it got completely overshadowed with zoro and s-hawks fight and we don’t even really get to see sanji outrun the beam it’s just kinda implied. I’ll admit it sounds silly for us to say that there’s some kind of anti sanji agenda at toei but stuff like that feels deliberate. Especially when we get scenes of zoro cutting water with amazing animation. Just for sanji to get ragdolled or have one of his craziest manga feats offscreened.

Luffy solo his whole crew only Zoro fan boys think other wise. He can destroy all them with BG they not running from island size there not that fast attack plus it has barrier and luffy can tank anything they throw to stop the move. Then there crazy shit he did in egghead so far with shit like WSG or pizza making and people that like say Zoro cut attack would give him trouble luffy tanking Kaido cutting in G5 without haki so that not issues for him with any type of ACoA.

Conqueror's haki infusion punches + gear 2nd takes out Nami, Chopper, Usopp, Franky, Brook and Robin. King Kong gun takes out Jinbe then gear 5th for Zoro and Sanji. Easy lol.

Zoro is the only one besides Luffy with Conquerer’s Haki on the crew. Therefore-besides the duration limitation on Gear 5-Zoro is their best chance at taking him down, like Asta and his Anti-magic, everyone just assist Zoro.

I give it to the straw hats. Luffy still weak to slicing attacks, so zorro got that Boss Jinbe got them water based techniques and if I’m not mistaken either zorro or Jinbe may have some advanced armament. (If not that, it doesn’t change my stance) And plus all that wacky stuff can be still be withstood with strong haki, which Sanji, Jinbe, zorro have as well. Then throw in the other wacky abilities of the straw hats. The straw hat crew in my opionon is like shanks’ or Roger’s crew. A small group with pretty strong core members. The top of the crew closer to eachtoher in power.

Lol G5 Luffy has already tanked Sanji Franky and Bonney's strongest attacks TOGETHER Relatively easily too at that And Bonnies was a copy of his, so not that it's on his level but it's probably above someone like Franky's And Luffy has withstood Sanji going all out before in BASE in wci People could argue he fainted but I don't think he did since he got back up by the time Sanji got back to the cart(realistically 3 minutes give or take) And Luffy took a named attack from hybrid Kaido in base and survived So Zoro is the only one that can potentially damage him, and even for that Luffy shouldn't be using haki

I think this is a silly arguement. Luffy would not beat the while crew by himself. Sanji Zoro and and Jin would be enough to cauae him great trouble and in the correct environment i.e near water win. Hell i dont think think and high level fighter could take on 2 high level fighters at this point...
