I am a retired nurse in my 70s. I have always trusted medicine and have had every vaccine deemed necessary for me but that is now a thing of the past. Until the day comes when somebody from the WHO comes to my property and sits on me and forces me to have an injection I will not agree to any more vaccines. I also asked my GP (via email) if he thought it would be an idea for me to take a daily dose of Vitamin K2 and what dosage did he suggest. I received the standard link via a receptionist for the NHS vitamin K online information which I had obviously already seen, and which gives absolutely no mention of vitamin K2 as separate from vitamin K1. I get flu roughly every 20 years, so that should give me some immunity. I wont be changing my vaccine aversion habit in the near future, but when I'm old and frail I might have second thoughts. As an ex practice nurse i experienced asthma like symptoms administering the flu vaccines back in the day . When I left the profession all symptoms resolved . 😊 I saw an article that asthma and respiratory issues were experienced by immunization nurses . Strangely the paper disappeared , anyone have it . Occupational exposure needs to be more researched in the administration of all vaccines and injections .

Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. I was 65 yo at the time I received two doses of Moderna. I decided to do the vaccines because I was moving from Indiana to Florida. Due to travel, I got the vaccines. A short time about one month later I developed severe, cardiac symptoms. A fib, high blood pressure and elevated pulse rate. These symptoms lasted for about a year. I believed that I received the vaccines around April 2021. It is now May 2023 and I am just starting to recover. I have had extreme fatigue, and, a horrible elevated chronic pain level.

Wait till you are 80 years old, or if your immune system is compromised for ANY reason... not everyone is like you. God designed women to bear children at 14 years of age, too, so there's also that to consider. I simply avoid infection by sinmple precautioins, and I haven't had the flu since 1987.

Thanks Dr Campbell for this update. I took the flu vaccine and was struck down with influenza and Aphonia (Loss of Voice) which went on for over a year. My Gp diagnosed me with Laryngitis and put off work each time I had an attack. I was in my forties since then I’ve not taken the flu jab and have not been affected with influenza. I take high doses of Vitamin D and K2. Why aren’t health professionals not enforcing Vitamin D3 K2 to build up immunity, this far more effective than the jab? NHS has been sending me several text messages each week to take this jab, due to my lack of response they’ve resorted to sending me emails.

The thing is the government did exactly this with the Valneva vaccine in 2021 too, and then canelled the commited deal (for 100,000,000 doses!) when the drug wasn't meeting all the milestones and criteria (during phase-3 trials). So i'm not that worried.

Actually you're completely wrong, medical trials and worldwide laws around medicine were changed after the thalidomide scandal in the 1950s (only 70 years ago). And this *hasn't* come to market, it's PHASE 1 trials, very limited healthy testing....there are lots more hoops to jump through for approvals. Back in 2009 (2010?), I was 32 years old, working at a local hospital and dating a woman with twin baby boys. That was when that H1N1 Swine Flu scare came through and I was worried about POSSIBLY becoming infected at the hospital and getting my girlfriends babies sick. One of them was born premature with a whole host of health problems (nearly died at birth) and had to take, I believe albuterol, through an oxygen mask that he had to wear 2-3 times a day. So, I felt it was necessary to take the H1N1 vaccine that the hospital was pushing on all of us, but they required us to take the seasonal flu shot first. These were my very first flu shots ever and, prior to taking them I had not been sick at all, since my teenage years. I can't remember exactly what my Doctor said when I was younger, something about my body producing a high amount of this or that, which caused my immune system to perform at an abnormally high level. I can't recall the details of that, but I got sick fairly often as a child and, from my teens on never got sick. Well, I took the flu and H1N1 vaccines two days before Thanksgiving. The morning after Thanksgiving, I began coughing, sneezing, congestion, basically common cold/flu symptoms. I took Ibuprofin and Nyquil and went about life. This "cold/flu" hung around for days, weeks and months and gradually got worse. Come February, my mom and girlfriend got together and urged me to get checked out by a Doctor. He said I had bronchitis and early stages of pneumonia, I believe that's what people refer to as "walking pneumonia"? Anyway, I took antibiotics and got over that within 10 days or so, felt normal again, but I kept getting sick, maybe 3-4 more times that year. It wasn't until February-March of 2011 that my immune system was finally able to rebound to it's previously seemingly indestructible state. I decided I would never take another flu shot again and that, my body probably had an adverse reaction to it because my immune system was already strong and didn't need to be vaccinated. All I know is that cocktail pretty much floored this unusually healthy guy for the better part of 15 months. No more jabs for me. **EDIT: I will add that, since approximately 2011-2012, I have been experiencing fairly severe depression, anxiety, extreme fatigue, brain fog, apparent derealization, etc on most days. It started out as waves, ups and downs, but right around September 2020 I noticed it becoming an everyday occurrence and it has really impacted my ability to work and earn an income at the level that I'm accustomed to. I've often wondered if it could possibly be some late-onset reaction to those vaccines that I took, but I really can't say for sure. All my research attempts have come up empty handed and I haven't been able to find any links between the flu/H1N1 vaccines and the symptoms that I've been experiencing, progressively, for the last 11-12 years. Perhaps these symptoms are entirely unrelated to the vaccines I took in 2009, but I do still wonder. For the record, I have not had any vaccines since those two in 2009, including the Cvid vaccines. Sometimes I feel like I'm experiencing some of the same types of symptoms that many people who took the Cvid vaccines have experienced, but I haven't taken any of those, so I'm not really sure. I haven't gone in for any diagnosis or treatments, because I just don't have much trust in the medical industry anymore, so I've been doing the best I can with my diet, exercise and natural/herbal supplements and vitamins.

The fact that here in the United States the Department of Defense is overseeing the C19 response tells me a lot about what C19 really is. I have always vaccinated my dogs every year. Bert, my current dog, has just had his primary courses and no boosters. If he absolutely must have them I will take him but I plan to keep it to the barest minimum. It doesn’t help that boarding kennels require annual boosters. Needless to say he’s never been to boarding kennels and I haven’t been on holiday since I got him as a result 😂. If he can’t come with me we don’t go.
