Next time using muriatic acid 100 % cleaning I never using I don have def filter I using to clean rust metal cleaning perfectly 100 % perfectly is cheaper 👌 cleaning after washer with water 💧 ❤

Hello. So it all started with the PAT fluid being low on the car. I topped it up. After that the owner told me that he got fault codes for the DPF being full. I have done the cleaning as you could see in the video. Then ran the diagnostics on the car,deleted the fault codes and checked the live data and everything was fine. I have done the whole cleaning a year ago, and no DPF problems since then. Although I can't tell if it removed all the soot and ash from the DPF, however it had cleaned it fairly well. Also a good idea after the cleaning to run a forced regeneration on it. Doing it this way is a lot cheaper than buying a new DPF and if you can do it all for yourself it is even better.

@MrNiceGuy94 thanks for the reply mines on 103k now and messaged just popped up luckily i have a launch x431 Pro scanner so can see the soot, Ash and diffential pressure numbers. Bought the wynns dpf cleaner so going to give that a good 8 hour soak to see how it goes, atleast these dpfs are easy to get off compared to some.

@@beany1987 Yeah,these ones are very easy to remove. The thing is, if you reset the values it will show you very low soot and ash amount. So basically without cleaning you could that too,however after a short period of time they will rise again very quickly. What I suggest to do is,remove the DPF, clean it with the Wynn's cleaner, i usually let it sit in the fluid overnight,then put it back, let all the foam come out through the exhaust, take it for a test drive, get it up to operating temperatures and do a forced regen. Obviously you will have to let the car ECU that you have "replaced" the DPF filter. Amd finally check for values in live data. The differential pressure is important. At idle it should be single digits. Closer to 0 the better,meaning air has no resistane to go through the DPF so it isn't blocked.

@MrNiceGuy94 yes seen a few people saying to do it that way, mine isn't to bad on pressure its 8-10 on idle and at 3000 it's at 250 seen some specialist cleaner videos where their dpfs are showing pressure of upto 900mbar before cleaning but they have injectors problems or the newer adblue with block injector but even at that extreme the can be saved.
