Just finished the movie! How enchanting. It totally lifted my spirits…I think I smiled through the whole movie! We all need a Mrs. Harris in our life, we all need kindness, and to spread kindness. If this was made years ago… I could see Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant as the characters.

This movie is about being kind, optimistic, having a good heart and intentions. It's about how beautiful life is even for following the smallest of dreams. How it adds a sense of romanticism to the way of living life, no matter who you are and what you do. 🤧It was also so cute and had a nice feeling overall, nothing too heavy.

I just saw the film this evening and watched a Q&A with the director after. They originally thought the demo was going to be older women. But the more it has been seen the wider and wider the demo has grown. It has appealed to women, men, fashionistas, people who love historical films, girls, the LGBTQ+ community (aka, the gays, we love it!). It will really be a word of mouth film. It opens on Friday in 1,000 theaters around the US. It is EXCELLENT and one of the better films I've seen in a LONG time.

caught this movie last night, loved it. i make rather crazy outfits for friends and i was raised by my seamstress grandmother who taught me pattern making and sewing. grew up following dior, Laurent , any others. that feeling of falling in love with that dress she saw was perfect.great acting, great movie.

This movie is like a wonderful fairytale, set mostly in Paris, with the addition of beautiful Dior couture fashion of the 1950's, and also romance. I could recommend it as a family film, but I know that it will have wide audience appeal! This one will lift your spirits.

Just a fact tough, the costume designer for the Mrs. Harris Goes To Paris is credited to Jenny Beavan (as seen on Imdb), the Oscar winner behind other Oscar winning costumes such as A Room With A View, Mad Max: Fury Road, and most recently, Cruella.

Finally saw it on digital as i was so looking forward to this movie because i love Lesley Manville, Isabelle Huppert, and Jason Isaacs and man this is a masterpiece in every aspect. One of my favorite films of the year, delightful, funny, entertaining, heartwarming, seeing the eyes of Mrs Harris shows that she's definetely passionate in chasing her dreams, Lesley Manville was perfect for the role. A gem in my eyes, sad that the marketing isn't all that great. This deserves more recongition, the type of feel good movies i want the industry to make more. So simple yet delightful

I saw this movie over the summer with my fiance and it was such a magical experience, truly! It was so good that I've decided to cover the original novel by Paul Gallico as part of my content for my English course I'm teaching in an all girl's school. Hopefully I'll be able to pass on the magic of the story to my students as well so further generations can enjoy this timeless story of an ordinary woman who dared to dream!

TALK ABOUT LIFE LESSONS.!!! --- THIS FILM HAD SO M A N Y !!! --- Like she had saved up for a Dior gown . . . I saved up for a world cruise. I took it on SS Canberra and sailed 68,000 miles around the world on an ocean liner. I had to make that dream come true. It taught me many valuable lessons in life. This film reminded me to never give up on a dream. And none of us should ever give up on ours, whatever that might be.
