Does the glitch have to be done in one fluid, glitch, or can you save the outfit with the mask and the tucked in black shirt and the shorts and then come back later, do the mission and then do the last part get in and out of a car with a secroserv, management, style founder, on off. so on. And so forth?

You need to open your interaction menu/appearance/jacket and select *Open*. But do it at the beginning, not after the glitch. I will post the tutorial soon

I'm rather disappointed with the final result, the dress is like "torn" there are a lot of texture bugs and putting garter belts will totally make part of the dress disappear...
