I don't currently own any Smart Dolls, but last year I had 4. I loved the Post Apocalyptic sets and had those slim-fit Mura jeans, which were just amazingly made. Thinking of decorative ideas for the top, you could work in some 'slow stitching' or even some Japanese style boro work could look great if the scale is right :)
