Hi m8 just recently started watching your videos, enjoy them ever much . I made the European lager approx 2 months ago, and have opened one up every week , and totally agree how this beer improves every week.

Blooming heck that sounds like a lot of work, I feel your pain I live in a Victorian house never ending jobs. Have you seen the price of skips now ? Crazy around our area. That’s an impressive compacted sediment 👍funny how time changes a beer in a bottle. Beer looks lovely and sounds like some great videos coming to us soon. Nice one cheers 👍🍻

Looks good, mate. I find my kit beers start getting close to their best after around 6-9 weeks in the bottle. It makes sense to give them time, especially if it’s a lager or a stout. Good luck with the garage. Cheers!

Once you've got that skip filled and the garage sorted, you might find enough space for a kegerator and some corny kegs 😉 it would save all that bottle washing and filling. 🍻🍻

Indeed. I'm thinking of halving the length as we don't use it for a garage and then use it as a dedicated brew room. The other half can be turned into a patio.

I have always said that kit beers need 9 weeks to condition(2 months) but I do like to let my lagers; even grain brews, age 3 months. Have been finding that now I am letting all kit brews age more they are much better to drink.
