I tilted last night (I didn't insult my teammates) on Overwatch Competitive mode and my parents were confused (I am a teen). It's gonna take a looooooot of explaining to do... Edit: Also what you said about Overwatch is true. I have had ~1-2 years of TF2 as Demoman and it helped me with Junkrat choke holding and trap hiding.

When I get tilted in pubs early in the game I just leave, recently I've gone to play csgo when I get tilted because I find csgo so much more casual then TF2. (Not even trolling)

This doesn't only apply to video games: it applies to anger in general. I remember some TED where they used an example where someone was waiting to board a plane at the airport, and they expected it to go smoothly. Of course, this was not the case, and they had to wait forever in the terminal to board their plane, and that person, as a result of having the expectation to board the plane quick and smoothly, was furious. It happens to me all the time: I have expect my commute to school to be fast, and the radio station I like to play good songs. Of course, this doesn't happen everyday, and I will often be mad because of how I expected my commute to turn out. On days where I know the traffic is bad, and my radio station has a host I don't like; I have low expectations, and as a result I feel less anger and frustration when I get to school. I totally recommend watching that video I mentioned earlier (I would search something along the lines of "why do we get angry ted ed").

I main spy and I'm not tilted by much, but trivial bullshit like RANDOM crits and players chasing me to the depths of hell to kill me and dying after (as if I'm important) is very annoying. Also, let me just say, sniper is the worst. He's my 'blue screen'. He's the only class I die to where I can't say how I could've avoided him. A good one locks down most of the map and I can't do anything to defend myself and kill them. With spies however, they're like fish that don't require a hook to catch. It kind of upsets me inside.

To begin with great story about young Slin master; also interesting method you use to avoid tilting and making mistakes. Yet when setting expectations in Team Fortress 2 the focus should be more on setting short term goals, for example becoming more patient with shot selection, working on backing up at the right moments, learning to listen to main call outs. So basically use that Jedi meditation method (calm and collective)to think about your game play when looking back. #mangostyle?
