The Fourth Doctor being the Landlord of a Pub reminded me a lot of the "Fruit Pastel" Doctor from the Aimless Wanderings fan audios, which I highly recommend. He is played by Benji Clifford, who's now doing sound design and music for Big Finish as well as the Podcast and basically a parody of the fourth Doctor.

Series 13, where we finally get the introduction of Naomi Cross, despite her already having been a character for several years now.

Possibly because of copyright issues with the actual Band of Brothers, they actually used a fictional military unit, rather than E "Easy" Company.
