for 15 b i looked at the mark scheme and they did not accept the C=3+1.9m it shoul've been 3+1.9m

The stated answer is the correct one. You have misinterpreted the mark scheme - I think the bit where it says you shouldnt accept letters other than C. Easily done. Mark schemes are meant for markers and not students. Actually, my main motivation for making these videos is that mark schemes are not helpful for students working independently at home. Much better to do what you're doing and watch a video walkthrough!
