MrTruck Transition From Kelsey to Isabel. 9 years went too fast. Did Kelsey leave me? Replaceable?

Looking for a new anchor for my channel. Not an easy task. Kelsey was with me 9 years doing a great job. How will I find someone to replace her? I need a women's' prospective to review trucks, trailers and accessories. I need to find another farm girl. Where do they grow farm girls? I'll go back to where I found Kelsey. Does she have a sister? It's a difficult mission. How will an old fart like me find a young lady and ask her what she knows about trucks and trailers without getting slapped? Kent as some one who has watched your videos since the beginning of your channel I really enjoyed this video. It was great to hear the back story on how Kelsey came to work with ya. I’m from the Denver area and it’s always neat watching you review trucks and drive to places I frequent as well. It’s too bad that your family does not show much of a interest in doing these videos, I would have loved to do them with my father. Anyways good luck and I’m sure the new gal will be a great fit. Also one day you should do a back story on how you and the other guys at TFL came to know each other as well. Take care!

Let me make this clear, I love Mr. truck's old time knowledge. He knows his stuff really well especially when he does his videos with the TFL dudes... but this duds production looks like an 80s porno every time. It's no coincidence he is getting young blonde girls on the show. I know he goes to great lengths here about how he is not a creepy old man but... It just sits weird.... Perfect nose? Looking for girls on a dating site? Made Kelsey wear " certain" clothes? Sent his buddy to go talk him up? Took his cousins so he didn't look like a creaper?? There are many I mean many women that are subject matter experts on trucks and they were certainly not the demographic he was looking for. This isn't and wouldn't be a big deal if he was like "dudes. I need a hot young blonde on my channel" but he doesn't. Not sure why this bothered me so much... Don't come for me

It's hard to write that note above given your easy-going demeanor and I've been a fan of your videos you do with Andre (I will continue to watch them) but you and I both know a couple of truths here: 1. @@jonjpbm Watch the first 6 video's I did with Kelsey, she was shy, she was hot, she learned about trucks. Izzy is moving along faster than Kelsey did. Izzy wants to learn, I expect Izzy to progress the same that Kelsey did. I am trying to talk less in the new video's and let Izzy do her thing. It's a hard habit to stop. In this video I just wanted to explain, where we were and where we are headed. I just wanted to get everyone up to speed. We are trying to make better video's. I'm been reviewing trucks for 20 years. I didn't have to explain all this, I didn't need to make this video. I thought is was the best way to keep the viewers informed.
