There are 3 areas and each areas have 3 zones but you have to complete missions and collect chaos emeralds and keys before you fight boss and gain access to the next area of the second 3 zones

I have been playing the Sonic Generations side on the Ps4 and I find this annoying bug when I press X for jumping: it doesn’t do it immediately and have ended up messing up because of this. Anyone else? This didn’t happen on Sonic Frontiers, Colors, Superstars, not even on Sonic 06 from what I recall. I played the original Sonic Generations on Xb360 and I don’t remember if this happened. But they really need to fix it. It is very annoying.
