I grew up in Masvingo and stayed in Rhodene when it was the only affluent neighborhood with very inflated house prices and was so proud to stay there , saw Zimre park coming up and never thought it would surpass Rhodhene very proud of all the new neighborhoods and the realistic market values these developments are bringing to property in the town,

Zimbabweans are building beautiful homes and most towns are coming up, however, I hope people take queue from neighboring south africa and Namibia and put beautiful tarred roads, plant grass and trees, street lights and public spaces like parks where people can go take their kids etc. Rhodene looks old school but it'd have looked ok had people maintained their yards. 😊
