Picked up the 21st Century Real Type Zaku II and the Mk-II as well, during the last festival. Thank you very much for bringing those to my attention. It was a while ago when I first saw them here and I’ve been on the lookout for them ever since.

Those Origin kits, especially ones in dark colours, are incredible...I wish the earlier dark colour Zakus were easier to find in the series. Tri-Stars will match well with the Transformers Tarn coming out soon, also black and purple, gorgeous colours...

Good review. I honestly might pick up this kit just for the axe and effect part, cuz it looks awesome. I had a similar issue with the char red comet zaku's nose cap falling off and had to glue it as well

I actually really wanted this set at first, but I can't seem to find it on shops so I ended up buying the Zaku 1 Origin. They're pretty similiar, and I also ended up buying the giant heat hawk separately becaude it was so cool! Origin sets are my favorites. Great review btw 😁

for those who don't want to mess around with the Tamiya cement on the kit a trick i use is to cut off a small sliver of the sticker sheet boarder and attach it to the inside of the muzzle peg. this works just as good and still allows you to remove the part if you want, it just makes it a bit tighter to the point the muzzle doesn't fall off with the slightest movement of the kit.

the leg joints of those Zaku are spectacular, compare to the crappy RG, a blessing, to the vintage HG one huge improvement, a bit better than the F2 as well. got Char and standard green today. WORTH IT
