Sir ! How are the job opportunities for Anaesthesia ? I have no particular interest among ENT, Ophthal and Anaesthesia but preferring to take anaesthesia since I love medicine and physiology ? Hi Kaushal, No difference in practice in middle cities or town. But in competetive world intially surgeons may not collaborate if MD is available.... You have to prove your skills.. As far as training and abilities concerned few diplomas holder can be better than MD

For Private practice and privat hospitals job Pulmonology is excellent branch For medical colleges yes as its merge in MD medicine.... So jobs cut can be there... If you take pulmo them I sugest to do DM cardio or Pulmo too..

Md PEDIA followed by adult DM is having best earning potential.. DM endo goes well with pedia. Though PEDIA DM can be good for bigger cities. If DONT want to do DM then Pulmonology is betrer for private practice. As pedia is highly saturated.

यदि किसी को तैरना आता हो तो पानी कितना गहरा है, दस फ़ीट. या सौ फ़ीट उसे ऊपर ही रहना है. तो तैरना सीखो न क़ि पानी की गहराई की बहुत परवाह करो। सभी प्रोफेशन में saturation बढ़ेगा population ही इतनी है.

Taking a drop is not safe now! 50 lakh for overall mbbs is not that much it's a very decent amount if your dad can afford then go. People are spending 1.5/2cr nowadays for just mbbs. You should take that seat and start your medical career asap!
