The contents of these video series cover the most important parts of the MS Project. The explanation is very clear and concise. Since there is 8-9 lessens, it would be great if you could please copy and paste all the lesson element that you did in the fists videos for the other videos too so we wont need to backward and forward to find the next lesson. Thank you again!

Hello sir and thank you for the very informative tutorials. I'm working for an EPC-contractor specialized in High Voltage Substations. We normally have a contractual start- and end-date with a number of milestones in between. We need to plan "backwards" from the End-date to find the possible duration of every dicipline (eartwork, erection and installation, testing and comissioning etc). Do you have a tutorial on the best practice without using the SF dependancy too much?
@TomStephensontrainingАй бұрын
I have fairly recent videos on pull planning. Once you have that you can enter the information like a regular schedule with the logical dependencies. But getting the it is best to pull plan as part of a last planner system. Let me know if that is what you meant.

Thank you Sir, you're very helpful to me. I am construction manager but new in the field, I have found the tutorials very much helpful. My question, are the variants calculated automatically?
@TomStephensontraining Жыл бұрын
Yes variance is calculated automatically when you update activities
@TomStephensontraining Жыл бұрын
As long as you setup the baseline correctly. Thanks for watching David.

You should be able to monitor by add it as a materiaal resource 20 days assign 2000 tonnes and make sure it is prorated and that will spread it evenly over the 20 days.
