Miss Breda, we've missed you!❤ You know that excess oil Freon the meat can be made into a brown gravy in your saucepan. Then, add mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans with smoked turkey meat (no pork) and cornbread. 👍

Never done a meatloaf that way. Thanks. I've done a smothered hamburger patty in gravy that I serve on rice. I think I'll use your meat mixture to make the patties next time. Thanks for the new ideas. Oh and mac and cheese and peas are my favorite with meatloaf.

I purchased a Fullstar vegetable chopper on Walmart and I love it for cutting up vegetables. Your recipe looks delicious. I would have some mashed cauliflower I just steam it 1st and then put it in the ninja, along with some green peas or beans.
