Hello--I'm curious if you booked via a travel agent or directly on the MSC website to book YC? My current TA will not work with MSC because of multitude of issues related to the initial booking--long telephone/e-mail return calls, mistakes, etc. I always like to book with a travel agent when cruising. Did you run into any issues when booking on any of your MSC sailings specifically? Did you use a travel agent or book directly with MSC? Thanks!

We have heard some other travel agents have trouble with MSC because of the language barrier. We booked online and had no trouble whatsoever. Before warned the MSC does have some communication problems when trying to do things pre-cruise. Try to do as much as you can through the official website, including booking excursions, and you should be OK. Show and restaurant reservations seem to work better once you’re on board. Use the concierge service in yacht club.

Better check in advance. The sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed, and the big bed is a king. There’s plenty of room for a cot, but we didn’t ask for one.
