Great video, really pleased you managed to get out in the car and enjoy the stage 2. I totally agree what you say, I’ve had stage 2 for a year now and it does not feel fast to me but others say the car is just savage on acceleration. If I was to change my current map on the car, you’ve definitely given me something to consider. Also, more driving videos. 👍🏻

I’ve just gone over to MSD 400 from mountune m380, it’s night and day difference, power delivery is so much better right through the Rev range, I’ve just fitted a scorpion sports cat to go up to the 420, I’m keeping the standard exhaust from cat back as I feel it’s loud enough for me but MSD said it only really makes a difference top end which I’m not too worried about, great review👌

Great video man, and great choice in tuning. I have a Cobb AP and are using STratified's e-tuning on my 2017 RS. Same options as MSD, and loving it. Went from stock, to the base map from Stratified...and shit, it pulls hard.....really, really big difference!! I have only airfilter and the scorpion sports DP (which also adds more pops, and noise) Keep up the good work sir 👍👍

From my research, MSD is top of the game. Stu who does the actual mapping is a very knowledgeable guy and will help get the best out of your setup if you ask

It confuses me that Mountune M400R requires a load of additional hardware yet MSD400 says Air filter only, what is so different with the MSD400 to not require the extra hardware?

I have the m400r and launch control is always on bit it's set to 5500 rpm which is a bit over the top I set my to 4500 but has to be set it everytime when you turn the car off or its at 5500 rpm cheers steve 😀

They set it to 4200-4400 as they say any higher wast with the new torque curve. I’m running the ultima 3 with overrun and lunch control they call that v3

how do you know what power map your using when pushing cruise control buttons?

Even when driving when I hold the cruise control cancel button, the rev counter will point to either 1k, 2k or 3k revs to indicate which map slot is active. So then I know what power levels were put into each slot because I requested certain ones when ordering

It takes a copy of it yea so if I want to go back to FPM375 then all I have to do is unmarry/uninstall the accessport from my car and it will flash it back on

If Ford do make a Mark 4 RS there will be no doubt it will be an automatic with it being an all electric car. IMO the Mark 3 is going to be the final farewell to the gas guzzler as we know it.

Most likely, the ford forged wheels aren't easy to get at a reasonable price. People selling them used are often selling a bit high for all they are
