MSFS 2020 | PREVIEW: Flightbeam Auckland

A pre-release preview of Flightbeam's Auckland (NZAA) airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
In this video, I show you around a pre-release build of Auckland airport in New Zealand. This airport is in beta at the moment and will be released via www.flightbeam.net and Contrail in the not-too-distant future.

I spent a couple of years going into Auckland on Tuesdays and out again every Thursday evening. It's like a second home to me. This looks like documentary footage, not simulation. It's amazingly good. Count me in!!

Sounds like somebody wants to do a Los Angeles - Auckland flight in the near future. Hehehe... Looks fantastic. I have not been disappointed with Denver or Washington Dulles from Flightbeam. I'm sure this will go on my purchased list eventually. ;)

It's even better than Dulles and Denver IMO. They're both great airports but this just feels next level in terms of... well, everything really!

Flightbeam's "afcad" is still broken at this airport (rwy 05 I believe) AI aircraft won't line up and begin to circle on the spot. My guess is a node or either missing or disconnected. Looks great but useless for those who use AI traffic of any kind.

I hope Flightbeam gets working on Phoenix and Minneapolis after this. Its a shame that two airports that served 45 and 40 million passengers respectively in 2019 both get so overlooked both by payware, and freeware developers.

The difference between Flightbeam giving us a product that's clearly been built from the ground up with them taking their time and not giving us some ported over garbage like DEN and PDX just to cash in on the release of the new sim in 2020 is NIGHT and DAY This looks incredible. too bad their DEN and PDX are straight garbage though
