I try to make it easy - these things are designed to be started in a minute or two, after all. There's plenty of tutorials out there that explain the history of each button as they press it, but I don't personally find that super useful if you just want to go flying.

Thanks, mate - After going from older jets to a new F-35, this helped. Funnily I worked out how to do everything EXCEPT shut the canopy. If it wasn't for the tutorial I'd probably still be wondering lol.

The cockpit layout is slightly wrong. And the canopy lever is wrong too. The IPP swtich returns to center when you let it go. Only one display turns on with batt power

mine wants to run left off the runway on take off and then I have to hold about halfway back on the yoke to keep it level. it always wants to point down is this normal. cuz it aint like that in my f22

Sounds like weather to me - counteract the takeoff asymmetry with rudder. You *shouldn’t* need to trim this in the air, but this is MSFS so make sure you have trim hotkeys assigned just in case

I don't understand. I do everything, but after activating main fuel shut-off valve and putting ipp selector on "start", the engines don't start :(

Is the airplane up to date? If so, check the IFT Discord to make sure there’s no known issues currently affecting cold and dark start in SU9. If you still have issues and are sure you’re doing everything correctly, file a support ticket :)

In a videogame, yes… in real life, I can almost guarantee you the startup process is very different!

The latest update still hasn’t fixed the useless autopilot, in particular, route hold.

Hi guys I know this vid was from awhile back I've been having an issue with the f35 and many other aircraft when I go to the mfsov to open it as soon as I remove my mouse it closes straight away any one have any ideas why this happens!

@@TiJayFLY I've check though out the settings and haven't been able to find anything I've talked to the creator of the f35 and he hasn't got back to me in awhile but Im not sure what setting to look for was quite tempted to clear them all
