In today’s video we check out how multiplayer mode is working with Sim Update 10 Beta for Microsoft Flight Simulator! Recently I had the pleasure of flying with Steven from Simflightpro.
We flew over parts of Ecuador using the new ORBX South America Mesh as well as The Bahamas in VR and took in the sites which were absolutely stunning. We were both flying using the HP Reverb G2 and it was all very easy, smooth and immersive which is what we are all after!

For me and my friend, it works fine - but not in Bush Trips. We used to fly Bush Trips together, but there are not any other players visible any more.

I partially agree: I have a couple of friends, but neither of them are into flight sims. But...I betcha top dollar that if MSFS added 'shotgun' multiplayer (as in, you could have a friend in the passenger seat with you), I could likely talk one of them into going on sight-seeing tours with me. In VR would be magic.

Difficult to link up with occasional flyers like me. Needs in-game comms with local area or server comms channel for hookups before switching to another in-game channel. Discord etc no use for random occasional flyers.

Question: Tried the beta a few weeks back then reverted and learnt the hard way that it's not streamline, my question is if in the beta and the next world update arrives is that usually seemless?

I got off SU10 and had to reinstall msfs clean. I can't seem to save new bindings anymore as I lost some of the bindings as well. Do you know how to fix this?

I could play multiplayer even befor 10 beta udpate without issues. I would like to ask. I have Oculus quest 2, but the image is not the beste, still blurry, is that becuase of the Oculus, should I sell it and buy othe VR, maby HP Reverb G2?

Resolution of the oculus is definitely the cause of the blurr you see. The Reverb G2 image is super crisp, especially when you have a computer that can run it at 100% render scale. Atleast an RTX 3080 or higher with an i7 to have a similar resolution as shown in this vid.

There are headsets like the Varjo Aero thay have near human eye resolution, where you will never see a single pixel, but ofcourse they are super expensive and need an even more powerful pc to run.
