Hello, I have put new ram memories in my laptop, MSI GF65 Thin 9 SXER, and it happens that it turns off instantly, I just changed the ram cards, and I already tried one by one and they work but only like this with 32gb both are 32gb to be 64gb, but I don't know if I have to change the hard drive, because I can't partition it with MSI's native software, and a memory came open when I bought it online, I already tried it but only one works, I tried both slots on the motherboard, I don't know if it's the hard drive that has to be formatted or the faulty memories, I don't know. Could you answer me? I already reinstalled sectors with the windows 10 tool assistant but it's still the same if I install both memories.

That's not an easily answered question. Some great brands are Samsung and Western Digital. Both are known to be reliable and are backed by solid warranties. I prefer them and I've been building PCs since 1996. I would avoid the cheaper "no name" brands that you would see on eBay or Amazon. They are usually poorly made Chinese junk.
