Sir can u please help me by making the video on lenovo support that how they are misleading customers when i mail them they say everything is working perfectly fine according to design i said my battery is draining like 20 percent in two hours of use becoz my adapter is not sufficient i request them to pls replace it with 230W adapter and they are making me fool for more than a week trying different things with my laptop installing and updating softwares even they know it will did not work and they are saying 20 percent drop is normal and working as design i mean who design a laptop to work like this when they know that they give faulty adapters that can't work as according to specs so now they are converting this issue in feature i have already msg u sir but u didn't reply pls do something lenovo loq community is so annoyed by them they are saying if they provide high wattage charger the warranty will be void but why if we are using there charger given by them how it can void this and also saying leads to motherboard dead issues i recently talk with others users who have running there laptop with 170w adapter and there motherboard is dying and after searching google chatgpt and quora i found out that a lower adaper can cause motherboard failures as it can't provide the power to laptop and that's why overheating and mobo dead occur and all positive comments I'm listening from those who replace there adapter with 230w they said overheating is not happening after the replaced charger I'm so frustrated i can't sleep and thought about that becoz i spend my 65000inr and if this happening with me it's really heart breaking my laptop specs i5 12450hx rtx 3050 pls help they are misleading customers and saying this is normal and a feature if it's a feature then why they are not showing it on the website so users already cautious about it 🥲
