I don’t know about anyone else, but at age 72, I grew up with vaccinations and I feel blessed. My Aunt had polio, a friend of mine was left crippled from polio. I liked growing up without the shadow of polio, diphtheria, tetanus, typhoid, measles, and mumps hanging over our bodies like a sledgehammer, waiting to bring us down. No thank you!

Why so many are overweight is not only the food, but lack of exercise. Today remote control TV, push button automobiles, many people no longer park in the driveway and park by front or back door. People no longer walk for transportation. To be honest, most need to bicycle 50 to 100 miles , run 10 to 20 miles and walk 10 miles every day. I know because I have live that way not put on fat. And eating healthy is equally important.
