that dress is stunning! a silk/alpaca mixture sound like a dream. ✨ about washing the dress- as a knitter, i would recommend using eucalan! you just put a little bit of the wool wash in luke warm water and let your piece of clothing soak in it. you don't need to rinse it out or anything!

You can use the egg plates when you’re sewing. One to hold buttons, one for pins, one for tailor’s chalk and so on. 😊
