@avlifesavers I wish cities had their local "habits" listed somewhere. Like Tucson, Arizona. -You must travel at least 10mph over the speed limit, or else 🔫... -At least 6 cars MUST run the red light including left-turners, or else (see above) -Turn lanes are suggestions. You can just turn any direction from any lane without warning. Or else... -Never stop before exiting a parking lot and certainly never look any direction at all for traffic, bicycles or pedestrians. Or else.

Such exotic wonders on this planet. Bushes, trees, fields of grass... However did they find such an exotic location?

At 0:03 you can faintly hear “In the not too distant future“ before the song actually begins at 0:06. Ah, the little characteristics of magnetic tape. Boy, am I glad we don’t use it anymore!

I appreciate this film's nuanced take on hyper-realistic hard sci-fi. So many modern movies just hand-wave away details that this film takes so seriously. I especially enjoyed the depiction of alien crocodiles without Hollywood's usual cheese. Also the depiction of strong, independent females in this movie is a real indictment of modern movies 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I just want to say that "Eighty-Sixed," "Hasta Luego Buckwheat," and "Deep-Six Holiday" would all be really good band names.

The driver's training film before the feature is a hoot! Even without Joel and the robots -- worth the admission alone! MST3K is just the alternate reality I need right now. Thanks!!! To Aspiring Marauder - "Think to yourself 'it's just a show, I should really just relax...'" ^-^
