Sir , Thanks for this Video as you have mentioned that that the said Amnesty Scheme is applicable for the period 1 st Jan 1980 to 31 st Dec 2020 . Our Flat Agreement date is 24 th Nov 1979 , it was done on Five rupee stamp as per prevailing practice and for flats value less than Rs.50000/ there was no stamp duty those days and registration was also not mandatory , then question arises will this Stamp Duty scheme announced in Dec 2023 will be applicable , ? Yes you can take benefit of the same under 80C subject to maximum 1.5L as per law

डिसेंबर 1985 पूर्वीचे Sale Agreement वर रु.5/- चा अदेशिव Stamp लावून Sale Deed Agreement Registered केलेले आहे. माझ्या माहितीनुसार त्यावेळी Stamp Duty नव्हती.जर असती तर त्याचवेळी संबंधीत कार्यालयाने वसुल केली असती. अशा व्यक्तींना आता Stamp Duty भरावी लागेल का ? भरावी लागणार असेल तर कोणत्या दराने. तपशिलवार माहिती देण्याची विनंती आहे.

As per rule abhay yojan stamp duty scheme they already declared dat no penalty and stamp duty charges will be taken from 1980 to 2000.. request u to visit near registration office get the information. Hurry up sir..31 march 2024 is last date

No. Only stamp duty amount is paid, registration of documents is not possible under the scheme

Allotment letter should be on stamp paper of any amount for it to be accepted. As of now, they are not accepting without stamp paper allotment letter

We are staying in Bhayander East and our original agreement (1991) of the flat and shop are in the Thane Talao Pali registration office. A pending mark is noted on both agreements. Stamp duty registration fees are below 2000 rupees. How to collect our original agreement as so far more than 15 times we visited the registration office but still getting a response that it will take time. We are eligible for the amnesty scheme.

If electricity bill not available then any other government proof document like : gas bill, passport issued at that address, form A of society, bank passbook having that address, or any govt proof nearest to the date of execution of agreement.

जो घर लिया है उस जगह का अगर plan town planing sanction नही है तो इस scheme क्या उपयोग? क्योकी TP sanction नही होने की वजह से उस जगह का legally possession व्यवहार नही हो सकता इसलिये लोग सिर्फ stamp registered करते है. इसपर आपकी क्या राय है?

Maharashtra stamp duty Amnesty scheme 2023 - what happens to the cases prior to up to 31 st Dec 1979 ? Sir , We thank you for your views and clarifications and information provided on Maharashtra Stamp duty Amnesty Scheme 2023 which is applicable for the Sale and Purchase transactions of the properties for the period 1 st Jan 1980 to 31 st Dec 2020 . What happens to cases prior to 31 st Dec 1979 -However , Nothing is mentioned or clarified of such pending cases prior to the period up to 31 st Dec 1979 , what is the solution and how such cases pending cases will be dealt with ? although there would still be good number of such pending cases through out the state . Sir, Would be obliged if in larger public interest you could provide clarification on the solution for such pending issues of the period up to 31 st Dec 1979 which are not covered in the current Amnesty scheme of 2023 as those days the agreement were made of Rs 5 stamp paper only and registration of documents was not mandatory . We await your valuable response and suggestion in larger public interest . Thanks a lot , A concerned Senior citizen . Date 11 th June 2024
