What an amazing film! I went into tears when Adam started feeling unwell. I cried so much because I imagine how devastated he must have been to not be able to continue, but I’m glad he listened to his body and didn’t push his limits even further. Tania, I applaud and celebrate you for continuing for the both of you. And I cried for the second time when you made it. Congratulations, guys. Not only for this film, but for all of your films full of heart. We follow other travel creators, but you are the only ones we watch as soon as a new film comes out, and always feel like the 30 or so minutes went by “too quickly”. Thank you so much for bringing so much passion, beauty and adventure into our lives. Big hugs from Amanda & Emanuel in Toronto, Canada. ❤

It rakes great courage to go as far as you did!. Not many people have gone as far as you did. Your video taping is always amazing and congratulations on knowing your own strength and weaknesses. Tania... what do we say about someone who is the whole package? She is SO warm friendly and her face just illuminates every emotion. I cried for Adam and I cried all the way to the top with Tania. Not only did she have the courage to go on for Adam and of course herself...but she actually finished for all if us as well! Congratulations to you Tania...and thanks again Tania and adam for another superb video. Love and God bless you both from Canada... hugs and please stay safe for I would truly miss you... Cheryl

Luckily the one day that I did not feel any negative effects due to the altitude and low oxygen, was on the summit day. Thank you for the kind words, Ghislaine! It’s a pleasure to have been able to share in this experience with you in this way ❤ And yes, we were so shocked and disappointed to learn from the A-team themselves on how others on the mountain are treated. How other companies provide flimsy tents that leak for their team and only feed them once a day after a long days work (whereas Summits Africa feed them 3 times a day). Hopefully things will change on the mountain for the better ❤ xx Tania

Congratulations to the both of you. Kili is a beauty that truly humbles you and teaches you the truth about your journey of life and that it was never about getting to the top but about the journey itself and mostly about the transcendental inner experience of being at one with your own soul. Ive been waiting for this trip of your, knowing you will love but nothing can explain what true altitude feels like, there are no words and it truly does push you so far outside your comfort zone. Be warned, my whole life changed, forever after my Kili trek, I finally found myself on a true spiritual path, I thought I already was but nothing has prepared me for the awakening after Kili. 10 years later and I’m a whole new version of myself, authentic…best thing I ever did. Super proud of you both, only people that have felt her energy can truly understand her power of transformation, no matter how high to got to, she still transforms you, well done. Enjoy the ride from here on IN ❤

All this time that’s exactly what my body had been doing, acclimatising to the low oxygen levels. Finally I woke up at midnight that final day and I felt well rested and full of energy. Wow! I feel so grateful for that 🙏🏼 and proud of Adam for respecting his body and the mountain. Our health and safety should always be the priority ❤ xx Tania

Very beautiful film. I appreciate two things (above all the wonder you present) and that is the focus on the help it takes to do something awesome and the appreciation of that help, and the freedom and ability to say...this is enough, no farther...when you have a set goal. It takes strength to do that because we are taught that we HAVE to finish things. But knowing your limits, whether those are physical or emotional, is even more important than that end goal. Adam shows us in this film that it's ok, and actually necessary, to let that goal go and take care of himself. We love that. Thank you again for sharing your adventures!

Hi guys, this had me and my family in tears. Firstly, I want to say what a beautiful film about your Kili journey. I deeply resonated with you Tania, as I too reached the summit in early September last year and was 1 of 2 (the only female) out of our family group of 8 to make it. I truly felt what you were feeling the entire climb, but especially on summit and watching this took me straight back to that moment and to all of the intense and overwhelming emotions I was experiencing. You and Adam should be so very proud of yourselves for all of your perseverance and integrity throughout the climb ✨ Secondly, I wanted to share that we climbed Kili in honour of my late grandad who first made the summit when he was just 17 and failed to do so again when he was 71. While watching, I had to pause in shock because I believe the bracelet with his ashes is still attached to the wire on the Stella Point sign. His final wish was to be returned to Africa and after that summit sunrise, I didn’t expect to ever see it again. Thank you for sharing your incredible experience! 🏔️🇹🇿🤍

Poor Adam. "I'll do it for Adam" is such a cliche but it was meant well. I would have felt a little patronised by that. Wonderfully put together film. Exceptional. Should have interviewed Adam later to show he was OK and not feeling too bad. I'm still gutted for him. He seems such a lovely bloke.

Thanks so much, Jimmy! That's very kind of you to say 🥹 I certainly felt anxious having to take on the summit alone that night, as well as having to think about capturing how I felt so we could round of the film and tell the full story. It's hard to feel motivated to film when holding the camera freezes fingers...so I'm glad it all worked out in the end 💛 xx Tania
