MT82 manual transmission vs Tremec TR 6060 manual transmission

feels good to watch this video after just laying down nearly 6 grand for a tr6060. getting the car back this weekend with new heavy duty clutch so hopefully it runs well.

Damn I was looking into getting a mustang but I didn’t want the MT82. Would have to get the Mach 1 which I’m not trying to pay for. I just want to play with a manual. Might have to go with a Camaro LT1.

As a owner of a 6th gen Camaro SS with a 6 speed manual transmission, I can honestly tell you that it is one of the best manual transmissions on the market.You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with the LT1 manual.

There's a reason the 6060 was in the ZR1 too... sucks it's only on the dark horse :(

Exactly the ZR1 is a beast high hp car, a true testament To how much Horsepower the TREMEC TR 6060 manual gearbox can handle. Would have been great if ford used that gearbox behind all their manual mustangs.

yea i think im gonna go with GT and switch the whole thing out with TREMEC later down the line.

Thats a good question they did the same thing with the newer mustangs also you have to get a dark horse in order to get the tremec transmission. ​@dimmacommunication
