Hell yeah that trail looks a lot of fun. That wet wood would scare the crap out of me.

Blind laps. Super helpful videos for a northern Michigander who hasn't hit these trails much. Currently watching in LA killing time before work but heading home in a few days and hope to get out on some of the NWM trails you've covered. Cheers!

heck yeah! did you ever make it there this summer?

Blind laps. Man I never knew there were such good trails in the lower peninsula! Can't wait to get out there this year.

Blind laps! Nice! You guys seem to go WAY faster on the downhills than I do on the dirt bike trials....Kudos! RJ

I haven’t been on that trail in about 8 years. I need to go back! It looks fun! Seeing what N. MI considers “black” or “dbl black” is hilarious to me now that I live near Pisgah…
@TheShredShedMTB2 жыл бұрын
Haha no kidding. It’s just because or the features… which, still not sure if that justifies a double black rating lol

Blind laps, were you riding a hard tail or a full suspension because when I went there the dude said I needed a full suspension but the kid on the orange bike used a hard tail

Blind laps! Just getting into MTB and bought my first non department store bike. Never knew Michigan had trails like this! You’ve got me pumped! Subscribed. Edit where is the specifically because I can’t seem to find it online.

Blind Laps. Awesome video! I need to make an effort to get out to these trails. I just spent a week in Copper Harbor and having serious withdrawals.
@TheShredShedMTB Жыл бұрын
heck yeah! how did you like copper harbor? Did you make it out to Highlands this summer?
@MrJbhandley Жыл бұрын
@@TheShredShedMTB I haven't made it to Highlands yet, unfortunately. I am heading up to Copper Harbor next week though. I'm excited to be up there this time of year, I normally am up there early summer.
@TheShredShedMTB Жыл бұрын
@MrJbhandley sweet! I didn’t make it up to copper harbor this year. We took a trip to Whistler instead- that video drops in about an hour 🤘🏼 Super interested in riding all of what they built out at east bluff! I rode some of their trails early on and they’re sick! Also want to check out the re worked flying squirrel

You should check out copper ridge near the state hospital in tc Michigan. This is a great spot they have some brake slider lines that’s technical and some huge jumps. 100% would recommend. Some of those trails would definitely be double black more pro line compared to this line. Still looks sick though🤟

I need to get up there! I’ve heard great things. I tried to find it a few years ago without any luck. This summer for sure 👍🏼

I second this! Copper ridge is tricky to find but definitely worth checking out! They also have a bootleg race there the day after Iceman.

Blind laps! Just starting mtb and live in Michigan, do you recommend me to visit this trail? It is 3 hours from me
@TheShredShedMTB Жыл бұрын
If you’re just stating, probably not unless you have an extensive background in something like bmx. It’s an expert trail with mandatory drops and gaps. What part of the state are you in?
