Lol I live 30 Minutes from Croft and have never been there. I live 15 from Paris Mountain and ride there 1-3 times a week though. 5 Hours there and back seems crazy for upstate SC riding. At that point go to Pisgah/Dupont at least.

LOL. I have a buddy that lives close to there and I wanted to check out some new places. I wish I got to see more of Paris but unfortunately I encountered some mechanical issues. I will get back up there soon to check out Paris. Pisgah/DuPont is my favorite. I go up as often as possible. Thanks for the comment!!

I didn't see you riding any of the technical areas at Croft. You were only riding the single track. You need to go back and ride the more technical areas at Southside along with the Idaho trail. That will really work your ability and endurance!!

Michael Clark I ran out of time before dark and I’m bummed. I need to go back and hit it all. I live for that stuff. Pisgah is my favorite to ride if that gives you insight into what I like most. I also need to visit Paris Mountain again. Thank you for the comment and for watching!! Cheers!!

I haven't ridden in quite awhile but slowly getting back into it with my 10 year old son. The trails were great when I was riding them about 10 years ago. They've expanded and added a lot more technicals on the trails from all i hear. Before you go again, go Spartanburg Area Mountain Bike Association on Facebook and get in touch with a member that will gladly give you a "real" tour of the trails. It will be well worth your trip back. Maybe I'll see you on the trails someday!!

Flat pedals over clips all day!! You actually have to use technique and form with flat pedals, clips are cheating.
