This video is about my experience with the honey badger of all wheels and that is the Gotway MTen3.
If you are looking to purchase a Gotway MTen3 or any EUC/PEVs, check out FreeMotionshop.com. You might be glad you did.

I have only one EUC. I have been telling my wife that people who are into this sport tend to have more than one. She knew where that comment was going and asked why I would possibly need more than one. I asked her why she has eight sewing machines. Case closed. We both had a good laugh seeing your lineup of EUC's. This video is very informative.

Great video Vee. I love the description you give of the MTen3. It's consistent with all that I have heard about it. I was taking this wheel as a joke actually until I kept hearing more and more about it. I love how you are able to practice and sharpen your necessary riding skills which will help with riding bigger wheels. Maybe I can finally master riding backwards. Now that I have a MTen3 on its way to me for review purposes I may just end up buying one to add to my stable. I'm hoping it will help me get my family members to join in on the fun. Thanks again. 👊🏾

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, opinion and feedback. It is an interesting little wheel. It took me a second to get accustomed to properly stepping off it. It will shoot away from you if you are not mindful. It also doesn't help the footpegs are like 4in or so., can't quite remember. But, going backwards and doing other things on it are easily mastered. You might just get enjoyment out of this wheel., if foot fatigue don't hinder your fun., because this wheel will bring about those aching breaking foot cramps with the little pegs. You must let me know your take once you get it. Until next time, take care and stay safe.

OH, you are just going to flex on the EUC community with your inventory, lol? The Napoleon complex for the MTEN has to be the best description I have heard for that wheel. 😂., I don't know about everyday use seeming how small and compact it is. The pedals alone will kill that notion after 2 hours of riding, possibly sooner. It's a nifty wheel to zip around in, but not for long periods of time. You can always upgrade the pedals to the MCM ones. Now as for sharpening of skills., yeah, you can definately do things with this wheel you may have apprehensions with on the larger ones. The skills DEFINATELY come easier. One thing I can honestly say about this wheel and that it really doesn't know it's a small wheel. It is like a friggin honey badger., it takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

I do not know the margin of error in the EUC World app in retrospect of the speed calculation; however, what I've learned from pushing the MTen3 was., when I leaned into the wheel to accelerate quickly, the wheel beeped around the 22mph mark. When I gradually accelerated without leaning hard into the wheel, the wheel allowed me to go faster than the initial 22mph and reach 30.5. Which would stand to reason because i wasn't putting too much on the motor before it was capable of providing at the time. What these wheels are capable of is mind blowing and believe you me, had i allowed the MTen3 to beep a couple more times, no telling what the final speed would've been. 🙂 Also, thank you for the compliment and support. 🤗 Also, as far as FreeMotion's pricing., they will beat any competitors pricing by 10%. @@FinnBjerke yes, the MSX is definately my all time favorite wheel. I've underused it because I try and share the love. I also did not finish my review of it because I turned around and got the 16x shortly thereafter. Maybe it was designed this way since I will be getting the MSX Pro to demo. That way I can do a compare and contrast. I was not a huge fan of Gotway because of their quality control issues, but I'm finding my Gotway collection is starting to outpace my King Song's... 🤯
@VeeEUC
@VeeEUC 4 жыл бұрын
Ooops, I didn't see your full comment. Darn near missed the last half..., 😳. You are right about Gotway mishaps with the lift sensors on their wheels. I was looking at Speedy Feets quip on the MSX Pro and I started eye balling the image he posted of it and would you know, the MSX Pro is sporting that same button the MTen3 has to disengage the wheel. 😐. That's not kewl... Now speaking on the backwards riding, I can't argue the fact that it's harder on any wheel because I knew how to ride backwards before getting the MTen3. One thing for certain and two things for sure, the MTen3 is a fun wheel to have and learning how to add flair to your riding skills is a feat in and of itself.

WOW!!!, it was the same feeling I got from riding a high powered e scooter, that raw torque got me immediately and the turning circle is fantastic enough to ride inside, I got it to its recommended top speed which being slower than the bigger wheels makes up for its tiny size, I rode it at night briefly too and the headlight was perfect, im very happy with it and looking forward from going from beginner to expert, due to the price and being hard to get here ill be treating it delicately so not taking any unnecessary risks

@@LunaBellaAcres depending on how heavy you are. The guesstimates range is somewhere in the 23 mile range. Factor in your weight plus anything you'll be carrying with you and that will decrease some. Plus you have to factor in weather and gradient. In ideal situations, I can see someone getting that out if the wheel, but realistically not. You also have to factor in throttling, wherein in the speed significantly decreases. Before long, your looking at a 10/12 mile comfortable speed, then a slow crawl beyond that and that's being generous.

Hi Vee, I recently bought an MSX 84v, Tesla, MCM5, Kingsong 14D, ACMV2 and a Z10 all together, so as a first wheel I got six. My buddy wants to buy the MCM5, and I have this feeling it isn't a good idea to sell any of them, as they were a blessing. I was wondering if you'd advise on the issue; I had said that if I sold it I'd sell it for 75% of the market value; so roughly 550 for a used MCM5. Could I get your take on the issue? I see you have quite the stable yourself!
@VeeEUC
@VeeEUC 3 жыл бұрын
For starters you need to ask yourself if you will use your collection of wheels for riding around or have as conversation pieces. There have been wheels in my collection I no longer have use for, like my MSP and 18L, and because of that, I'll sell them, but the others., nahhhh. The MCM5 is supposed to be the best overall wheel that can tackle hills bigger wheels struggle to tackle. Don't get me wrong, if tackling hills isn't on the radar and you feel the other wheels you have are more than adequate to serve your needs, then sell it. I don't know if you've had a chance to ride each wheel and get a feel for them, because each wheel has something different to offer your riding style. If you haven't fully experienced each of these wheels, I would not sell any at the present time. I hope that. helps.

Hey there, checking to see if you purchased the MTen3. I am thinking of doing a montage video of my subscribers and their MTen3. If you have it and would like to participate in the video, please send me a picture of you and the MTen3 or a little video of it and of course, you to Cutiyo@Aol.Com. Thank you.

I just found your channel. How long did it take you to become proficient on your first wheel ? I am learning on a king song 16s and having a hell of a time mounting the wheel. I can ride straight off a wall or fence, but can’t seem to learn how to mount it. It is frustrating ! Also, you should get a invisible self’s stick and record your rides. See oneradwheel.com Your channel is way underrated ...you are one, if not the only female EUC rider on KZbin with some great content.

Thank you for your feedback and compliment. I truly, truly appreciate your kind words. It took me 30 minutes in my basement then I went outside and the rest was history. It took me roughly a week to get comfortable turning. That was the hard part. You need to go back to the basics of pushing off with one foot like you're riding skateboard. Once you get comfortable with doing that, then you push off and put the foot you pushed off with onto the foot peg. I have a video that shows the five steps of learning how to ride an EUC. I do have a selfie stick and a couple of 360 cameras. I have some earlier videos posted of me zipingvaround on my King Songs 16s and 18L. I really didn't like the quality nor the cumbersome/tedious task of stitching the huge files and how it would crash my phone because it sucked up so much memory. The last group ride I was on, I gave one of the guys my 360 camera to record. I'll scrub it over for some shots and may upload it. Again, thank you for supporting the channel. 🤗

16S was my first wheel and I still have trouble free mounting/launching on it. I bought a Tesla and its simple to mount compared to 16S
@VeeEUC

🙏, first, thank you for commenting and sharing with me your thoughts and opinion. My second wheel was the 16s. I upgraded from the Segway 1S1. It took me every bit of 30minutes in my basement until I looked at a tutorial by Segway that broke down each on learning how to ride. I took the wheel outside and to my amazement I was off and rolling. Turning was the trickiest for me. Was frightened by the thought of catapulted off the wheel of my footpeg scrape. Once I got rid of that notion from my head, again., I was off and running. You have to push off like you're on a skateboard., or if you've never been on one, imagine pushing off as if you were on one. Put the dominate foot on the peg, push off with the foot that's planted on the ground as you slightly lean forward. As you do this, simultaneously tip the toes forward on the one on the peg of the wheel to assist with the momentum. Once you push off with the foot on the ground, quickly place it on the peg. If all else fails, practise mounting and dismounting while stationary. Have one foot on the peg while the other is on the ground. Then quickly shift your weight to the side that's has the foot on the peg and then quickly place the foot on the ground on the peg, then remove it back to the ground. Continue to do this until you feel comfortable mounting and dismounting. It sounds as if you are allowing fear to overpower your confidence. But interestly enough you have no issues with the Tesla. Scratching my head. Lol

@@VeeEUC it's because of the placement of the pads- the Tesla's are higher so its easier to keep stable. One thing I just discovered that helped the most was instead of pulling my leg up as fast as possible onto the pedal I found that when I do it slow and deliberately the wheel stays much more stable. And that's a nice wheel inventory you got lol

@@steveo6034 👍🏼, thank you for sharing that and I'm glad it worked out for you. I'm hoping to add to the collection with another wheel within the month or two., depending on it's delivery. 🤞

Vee oh dear!! So sorry, I wish you a fast recovery, I fell from the msx 38mph cutoff, dislocated shoulder and burns all over body, that was couple years ago. Guess what! It was a learning experience, I am more careful since, built my msx from ground up, I’m still rocking it. Learn from it, don’t be discouraged, I wish you all the best!

Vee Wow, will there be video footage on your channel? Oh yeah, with the product details shown; do you have a guess on the possible approximate top speed?
@VeeEUC
@VeeEUC 4 жыл бұрын
Why of course I will do a video. I have yet to do my review on my 84V MSX. The video will have a compare and contrast approach to both wheels. I looked at Speedy Feets quip on the MSX Pro and I eye balled that same cut off button on it the MTen3 has. SMH., now THAT'S a feature I'm NOT going to like. I was told the top speed will be 5mph faster than it's predecessor which will be 40mph., but WEEEEEEEEE know, it'll more than likely go in upwards of 45mph.

Are the prices in Canadian dollars? They're based in Canada. The US prices are relatively on par with other distributors in the US; however, they will give discounts to folks that say I referred them.
