I'm just wondering how anyone is going to be happy after they have their body brutally cut up and they live in pain everyday for the rest of their lives and after all that they're still never going to be the opposite sex. I think if they say that they are happy with the results of these barbaric "surgeries" they'd be lying.

@victoriawhitaker3486 People transition because their bodies and their lives do not match who they are. I think that's true of most physical changes when we don't like what we see in the mirror. Usually regrets are for having lived a life that didn't feel right for us.
