Decks that play Tef3ri are only interactive in one direction.

Yeah this is seriously skewed. Along with taxes/blood moon, which are literally interacting with your ability to cast spells.
@Krossfyre4 жыл бұрын
@@sharpie11112 Are Blood Moon decks where they're literally looking to only slam it any more interactive than a one-card combo deck? It's interaction in a sense but really it plays like a combo deck. Same with T3feri, though at least they have to also use counters. These decks "interact" but they don't really engage with the opponent's game plan, they just care about dropping their game winning piece, just like a typical combo deck.

@simonchi53724 жыл бұрын
Since it's an aggro deck that works on the premise of making sure you can't interact with them?
@motmontheinternet4 жыл бұрын
@@simonchi5372 No it isn't. It attacks your mana, and deploys creatures with vial to make sure they will have greatest effect. The deck isn't aggro, hell most of the time it doesn't even attack you until turn 3 at the earliest.
@broomybroomybroomy4 жыл бұрын
@@simonchi5372 Eldrazi D&T was my first modern deck, and it honestly kinda sucks. Most games you can win come from screwing someone badly with cat jesus/Thalia or getting a chain of discards with boat zombie/TKS. It's not even close to an aggro deck

At 7:35 you can make the remand target ricochet trap. That way after trap resolves, the remand fizzles since it no longer has a valid target and that way they won’t draw a card off the remand. I guess the way you did it gives you the outburst back which has value too. Guess it just depends on how badly you want that outburst back vs how much you think them drawing a card is worth

Smokescreening - the practice of shuffling your side into your main deck, then pulling the 15 to remain out one at a time. With practice, it's quick and hides the number of cards you board. This would be the PERFECT deck to smokescreen with in paper magic!

after thinking about Crashing Footfalls and bit. and Gatherer says to basically says to treat Footfalls as if it has a mana cost of zero. (Ohh Baby!) Pair it up with Djinn Illuminatus for some sweet, sweet Replicate action. Replicate for ZERO!!!! for a unlimited 4/4 Rhinos. how you cheat the Djinn into play is up to you. Could also run Zada, Hedron Grinder with Ram Through and you wouldnt even have to swing to make the kill. just a concept. maybe a little crazy and may not work. but hey Djinn worked well with Pact of the Titan back in the day.

"Not interactive" probably wasn't the best way to put it. I guess I was trying to say "engaging" cuz the metagame used to be a lot more combat focused, and matches were always close because the battlefield would jam up quickly. Nowadays, players don't attack until they already know they're going to win 😞
