TheManaSource i love this deck teck, and, love this channel. I have a question with plague beltcher though. lets say i have plague beltcher out and 4 other zombies. if my field gets wiped, would it still resolve that plague beltcher does damage for all the zombies that have died, even though it dies as well? if so, I have an awesome drain combo to share with you that I have done with my b/w zombie deck

So I have been testing an Esper Zombies on tapped out for a while now I would love to here some feedback on it. This list does take into account what I already own and not wanting to spend more. The sideboard is meant to be control. Working on the same deck myself, I originally under rated binding mummy, but after watching Legend use it on his KZbin channel, I gained a new respect for its ability to control your opponents board state so well. Personally, is board in declaration in stone and at least a one of both Liliana's mastery and Anointed Procession.

Wouldn't count on a card that is essentially a tribal sorcery to rise in price too much, since it's like a two-of anyway. If you wanted to invest you should've gone with cards like the new 1-drop or the rare 3-drop.

I love everything about this. As someone that loves playing Orzhov decks and loves playing Zombie decks this almost makes me wast to play standard again... almost. Instead I think I'm gonna start working on a B/W Zombie commander deck now. Between Anointed Procession and Wayward Servant I think I can make it work as a zombie tribal with either Daxos focusing on the token generation or Karlov focusing on the incremental drain.

For those that are curious, this deck costs around $250 to make from scratch. That's based on estimates and some averages of cards taken from different online vendors. Three most expensive cards are Liliana ($40 each), Relentless Dead ($15 each), and Fatal Push ($9 each).

I got a Wayward Servant early in a draft the other night and went tribal zombies despite never even seeing a Lord of the Accursed and the Servant alone made my deck disgustingly good. i built this. with a few changes. 1 I added otekra's anthem. that +2/+1 for each zombie is just bonkers. and i got 2 bontu's monument, just works so well with the Bing zombie. i don't have any liliana's & no one wants to give 1 up. so I run with out it. i also got 2 liliana's mastery. +1/+1 and 2 tokens combos so good with the Lord's & other pieces in the deck.

Have you considered Dusk/Dawn. You would probably have to adjust he manna base slightly but so long as you can get it in the graveyard somehow (i.e crypt breaker or death's majesty) it can return anything that's not a plague belcher or scrounger to your hand. Also if you manage to get your lords killed or don't play them you can wrath their board of anything useful while leaving your creatures mostly untouched. Also is plague belcher really that good? Its the first thing your opponents are going to remove if they are really worried about it and the only value you've got out of it by that point is sacking a zombie for 1 damage.

Hi mana source! Is it possible to activate "doomed dissenter's" ability if it gets discarded from your hand to the graveyard by a cryptbreaker? The online game allows it but my friend is being stubborn and says that the game is wrong. Any advice?

Any particular reason you decided not to use Graf Harvest? Seems pretty good for going on the offensive, and it's a pain to get rid of for other creature based strategies. Also, the ability to thin out your graveyard to get a 2/2 at instant speed seems good in a pinch.

I really feel like sideboarding 2 Dusk // Dawn will be needed for the GB +1/+1 Snake Decks. Being able to crush their board state and then refill your hand in a game that looks like it might be going late is important.

I definitely think that Binding Mummy might be worth a slot. He effectively makes your opponent's creature unable to block anything as long as you keep getting your zombies out, which is easy with stuff like Cryptbreaker and Dark Salvation

I thought about building a W/B Zombie build since I love Zombies and haven't played them for a while, but what I would do is add Time To Reflect and a few Graf Harvests. I would take out 3 Dark Salvations, the Grasp of Darkness and 2 of the Scrapheap Scroungers. I would also think that putting Throne of the God-Pharoah would be a great addition as well because of all the tapped Zombies you'll have. I'd probably take out another 2 Scroungers for 2 Thrones. This is just my take on Zombies though, so it doesn't mean it's good lol.

personally i cut the scrounger and add an extra relentless dead and 2 kalitas. Also only play 3 push and added 2 of the blocked zombie exile spell (the one for white mana) only small changes but the decks works pretty decent online.

I run this as my main, so i'll give you some tips but not my deck, I dont want anyone copying it. First of all: Always run Faith Of The Devoted - Whenever you cycle or discard a card, you may pay 1, if you do, your opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. Next, run creatures that go with the discard theme, such as Archfiend Of Ifnir. This card puts a -1 -1 counter on ALL of your opponents creatures whenever they cycle or discard a card and its a 5/4 flyer from Amonkhet, so it isn't rotating anytime soon. Don't try to attack with this unless you have buffed it up, because you can only run 4 and this card is too much of a benefit to be killed. If you need any more tips just ask!

In testing, plague belcher often sucks. A lot. when they kill it you've just 2 for 1'd yourself. I found that adding more removal is good since big threats kill you very, very quickly. And death's majesty tops off the curve very nicely.

José Duque White Black Green. (splashing white for the only white card in the deck, instawin) Green ramps you to 7+ by turn 4, and black tutors out more than 1 into your hand. You play one turn 4, one turn 5, win. Only problem is control, which I would say run a Blue Black White variation and use a lot of card draw and control the control player.

Why not top off the curve with a Liliana Death's Majesty Majesty instead of 1 dark salvation/1 plague belcher. She synergizes really well with wayward servent and if you manage to get her -7 you basically win

If you ultimate a planeswalker, you win most of the time (if it synergizes even remotely with your deck).

But that's a good thing, I feel like the point isn't to get her ultimate off, its to distract them, add at least two zombies onto the field with her +1, or bring something back for her -2. I feel like that synergizes incredibly well with this kind of deck. And as an added bonus, (not saying you will) you might be able to trigger her ultimate as a game win. I just feel like its a good 5 drop you can add a single copy of to the deck.
