Preludes are really rare around here and i know a guy who would sell it to me, but it has the european h22a5 inside and it's open deck. If i decide to buy that car, i would invest in a block guard but i don't know if that makes it as strong as an actual closed deck block. I'm also looking at an e46 323ci which has a closed deck design. I wanna add quite a bit of boost but i don't know which is the better option for that.

Whats size bolts for the motor to stand??

We just used a bunch of spare transmission bolts we had laying around. They worked perfect.

What power you going for? Cause open / closed dont matter till 600hp+

Nothing too crazy. Max I’d go for now is 300. I want it to be fast but reliable too.

I just drove my h22a4 block euro r head car round trip 250miles to cleetus and cars in florida and maken 327whp stay under 350 itll be happy and dont put timing in it let it make the power with boost 👍

Great thanks for the advise! The car is built more for handling anyway. I use it at a circuit track so power doesn’t need to be too crazy.

That's a oil cooler I have one on my dohc zc mine was a 32mm like the axle nut size

Hmmm, 32 is a bit big. I’m thinking this one is a 30mm. Gonna have to pick up a socket to get it off of there.

Okay did you try measuring it using digital calipers

Ya I just measured and it’s a 30mm.

Its a 30mm i had to take mine off to replace water lines then reinstall
