Dirty Diana was Steve Stevens, and yes , Slash ended up featuring quite a lot in Mj's recordings and performances, even on tour on a couple occasions. Glad you continue to react to MJ stuff. Love this performance specifically cause it was MJ’s first performance back since the BAD Era this was his first performance since the Dangerous Album drooped it’s amazing! i haven't seen this one before (only started getting more into Jackson since researching the truth of the false allegations in past couple years) but that was fantastic. One hand I feel bad I didn't appreciate him more when he was around (I was around in the 80s so I know just how hugely popular the guy was and that nobody else has ever reached THAT level of global fame, it just wasn't my sorta thing) and I regret that, but on the other hand I still have a ton of his songs and performances to experience I've not seen before. And even when he's been forced to lip sync due to tech or health reasons he still puts on a heck of a performance. Heck, even that one where his leg was injured and he performs the song spending most of it sat in a chair he still dances better than I do. :P Hope you guys having a great weekend. :)
