Celebrity Deathmatch (the show) definitely got sillier as time went on, with the severity, edge, and violence of the earlier days being replaced by silly and slapstick. To put it bluntly, one year before this game came out, Celebrity Deathmatch's fame was winding down, so it fizzled out and ended after 79 episodes. Naturally, shows can't last forever, and four and a half years is a good run. And yes, I know there was a revival on MTV2 in 2006-2007, but it didn't have the same magic as the original.

I do very much know about Celebrity Deathmatch, this show came out in great timing when the pro wrestling boom was going on in the late '90s. I remember when Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker making guest appearances on the show. Amazing show that uses claymation.

How was this dog turd of a game made and released in 2003 nearly days after WWE SmackDown Here Comes The Pain is beyond me. I must let y'all know this was released on PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC for everyone to suffer. Run away from this horrible game if you can folks.
