I've been into those things for a while and I totally agree with Kurt. It really really works. There's actually one app fot Smartphones (at least for Android) called something like The dream machine which has a William Burroughs icon that works so fine. But it's not free. Anyway you can check it for free right here in KZbin, you just need to search "binaural sounds" and you'll find all kinds of binaural sounds for meditation, relaxation and all those things that Kurt comments on the video. A binaural sound is just a sound issued by two different frequences, each one in a different ear. So with this you can make this sound (a sound is just a sound wave) be in resonance with your own mental waves. So it actually works so fine, specially if you like meditation and relaxing.

This is a footage from the former MTV Brazil, that finished up their broadcasts in 2013. The interviewer's name is Zeca Camargo. The Hollywood Rock was a famous rock festival made by cigarette brazilian brand "Hollywood". It existed until May/2020, but the owner changed Hollywood brand for Lucky Strike
